Course Description
Patrol Rifle is designed to develop law enforcement personnel within the skill of marksmanship with a rifle or carbine. The course curriculum includes an overview of rifle characteristics, safe handling procedures, principles of operation, use of supporting equipment employment of marksmanship principles and refined through evaluated live-fire range time with detailed feedback, target analysis and quantified performance measures. The course combines classroom learning to include hands-on dry work and live-fire training. This course can be tailored to agency-specific needs.
It is our hope to share our marksmanship experience to enhance the peace officer awareness for safe employment of the patrol rifle within communities and jurisdictions.
