Registration is restricted to US military and sworn law enforcement personnel.
Course Description
The K-9 Drug Detection Enhancement course is designed for the advanced training of Drug Detector Dog and Handler Teams, which will improve the teams' search ability and help them become both more effective and efficient. Practical exercises will include a variety of buildings and vehicles.
Supervisors (without dogs) are welcome to attend. This will help supervisors without prior handling experience to better understand the ability of the narcotic dog team and what is and is not possible. Course Length
K-9 Drug Detection Enhancement is a 4 Day (32 Hour) course.
Prerequisites
K-9 team MUST have a prior drug detection certification. This certification may be from any certifying entity. Proof of certification must be provided prior to the start of the class and may be emailed to our office at: info@counterdrugtraining.com
